Solution — Managed Feed Services

Hand off your feeds. Keep the keys.

A named GoDataFeed specialist builds your feeds, fixes disapprovals, keeps up with each channel's spec changes, and launches new channels when you're ready. The work runs inside your own GoDataFeed account, so you can see every change, set the priorities, and take the work back in-house without rebuilding anything.

Sponsored shopping results for white sneakers, with cue cards for GTIN and brand validation, custom labels split by margin tier, and zero disapprovals across 1,240 SKUs.

What comes off your plate

Three jobs your specialist takes off your desk.

Build or rebuild

Built from your catalog, or rebuilt from your current tool.

Your specialist maps your catalog to each channel's spec, writes the rules that clean and segment it, and validates every SKU before submission. Coming from another feed tool or a native channel app, the specialist rebuilds your current mappings first, so campaigns keep running while the new feeds come online.

Field mapping table: store fields mapped to CJ, Impact, and AvantLink columns for category, brand, product URL, sale price, and shipping.
Refresh log for each affiliate network, listing price, availability, and URL changes with a link-check status on every row.

Watch and fix

Errors fixed at the source, not one SKU at a time.

Catalogs change daily, and channels change their specs on their own schedule. Your specialist watches feed health across every connected channel, traces each error to the field that caused it, and fixes it with a rule, so the fix carries into every sync after it. Spec changes land in the templates, not in your inbox.

AI + Deterministic Logic

We draft the rules and write the prompts that shape the data.

Your specialist runs GoDataFeed's platform, a deterministic logic engine with an AI layer on top, to draft titles, fill missing attributes, and suggest categories across the catalog. Each batch previews on sample SKUs, goes live after your sign-off, and passes rule validation before any channel sees it. Your store's source catalog never changes.

Brands and retailers.

Feeds often land with whoever has time: the paid media lead, the marketplace manager, a developer between projects. A managed plan gives that work to a specialist who learns your catalog, margins, and channel priorities, then meets with you on a set schedule to review feed health and plan the next launch.

Load status for CJ, Impact, and AvantLink: rows accepted, rows rejected, and last load time.

Agencies running client feeds.

Feed fixes arrive unannounced and rarely fit a retainer's scope. Hand the feed work for your client accounts to a GoDataFeed specialist while your team keeps strategy, media, and the client relationship. Agencies in the Partner Program also earn recurring commission on the accounts they bring.

Teams leaving another feed tool.

Your specialist rebuilds your current mappings, rules, and channel templates in GoDataFeed, validates the new feeds against each channel's spec, and cuts over one channel at a time while the old feeds keep running. Campaigns keep serving through the switch.

One of the few companies I have found that is worth the cost... The people that work there are actually good at what they do. They care about the end result.

FAQ

Managed service questions.

Questions, answered

Before you ask.

What does a managed plan include?

A named feed specialist, setup or migration, mappings and rules, ongoing monitoring and error fixes, new channel launches, and a recurring review of feed health. The work runs inside your own GoDataFeed account.

How much does a managed plan cost?

Managed plans start at $499 a month. Your quote depends on SKU count, the number of stores and channels, and the complexity of your requests, and you see it before you sign.

Do we give up control of our feeds?

No. You keep full access to your account and can export everything. Your specialist works from the requirements you set, and switching to self-serve later keeps your feeds, rules, and history in place.

How does the specialist use AI?

To draft titles, fill attributes, and suggest categories across your catalog. AI never runs free: hard rules from our Feed Rules engine and FeedPilot check every draft. Drafts preview on sample SKUs and go live after your sign-off. Your store's source catalog never changes.

Can you run feeds for our agency's clients?

Yes. A specialist runs the feed work for each client account while your team keeps strategy, media, and the client relationship. Agencies can also join the Partner Program for recurring commission.
