Your shipping configuration references a missing template or contains a price that violates Walmart's caps. The item cannot publish without valid shipping.
Walmart requires every item to be assigned to a Shipping Template that defines methods, regions, and price tiers. Errors arise when the template ID doesn't exist, a region (Alaska, Hawaii, PR) is unconfigured, or shipping price exceeds Walmart's category cap. Free Two-Day items must also meet weight and price thresholds.
