critical SHIPNODE_INVALID

ShipNode Is Invalid

What this means

Inventory or order feed references a fulfillment node ID that isn't configured on the account. Typical after warehouse changes.

Why this happens

Walmart Seller Center flags shipping issues when the feed-declared shipping cost doesn't match the actual cost on the landing page, when shipping settings are missing for declared destinations, or when invalid shipping_weight format trips validation.

How to fix it

  1. Set up account-level shipping settings in Seller Center → Catalog → Item Issues.
  2. If you offer flat-rate shipping, you can omit per-product shipping. Otherwise submit shipping cost in the feed for every applicable product.
  3. Make sure feed shipping cost = checkout shipping cost. Buyers pay what your feed says, not what the cart calculates.
  4. Use weight-based or zone-based rules for accurate cost calculation.
