Listing Quality Score Below Threshold

What this means

Your listing's content quality score is below Walmart's 60% threshold. Items with low quality scores get suppressed in search results and lose Buy Box eligibility.

Why this happens

Walmart's Listing Quality Dashboard scores items on content (title, description, attributes), offer (price, shipping), ratings, and post-purchase quality. Missing rich attributes, short descriptions, no secondary images, no key features bullets, or thin specifications drag the score down. Listings under 60% are deprioritized site-wide.

How to fix it

  1. Open Listing Quality Dashboard in Seller Center to see per-SKU scores
  2. Add 4+ key feature bullets and a 150+ word description
  3. Populate all recommended attributes for the product type
  4. Upload at least 4 high-resolution lifestyle and detail images
  5. Ensure title follows the category-specific style guide
