Main Image Background Not White

The main product image does not have a pure white (RGB 255,255,255) background. Walmart flagged the image and will not enable zoom or use it in marketing slots.

Walmart requires the primary image to show only the product on a pure white background, with no text, watermarks, props, or lifestyle context. Off-white, gray, transparent, or photographed-on-fabric backgrounds fail automated checks. Additional images can show lifestyle context, but the main must be isolated.

1. Edit the main image to use pure white RGB 255,255,255 background
2. Remove watermarks, logos, and overlay text
3. Move lifestyle shots to image positions 2 through 8
4. Re-export at 2000x2000 PNG or JPG
5. Re-upload via Image URL field and reprocess

• Using off-white that looks white to the eye but fails the check
• Including size or color callouts on the primary image
