What this means

Your submitted content conflicts with the trusted source on Walmart's catalog. Walmart kept the existing values and ignored your update.

Why this happens

Walmart maintains a hierarchy of content sources. Brand-verified content from the brand owner outranks third-party seller content. When a seller submits attributes that contradict the trusted source (different color name, different material, different brand), Walmart suppresses the change and keeps the canonical version. This is intentional, not a bug.

How to fix it

  1. Pull the live PDP attributes via the Item Report
  2. Match your feed values exactly to the live values
  3. If you are the brand owner, complete Brand Verification
  4. Use the Content Dispute form for genuine corrections
  5. Resubmit only the offer (price, inventory, shipping)
