Walmart caps seller cancellations at 2% over a trailing 30-day window. Most cancellations come from selling items the seller cannot fulfill - inventory desync between WMS and Walmart, mispriced items the seller refuses to honor, or out-of-stock items that should have been delisted. The metric counts the cancellation, not the reason.
