Your offer lost the Buy Box and the listing shows no featured price to shoppers. Sales effectively stop until the Buy Box is restored.

Walmart suppresses the Buy Box when no offer meets minimum thresholds: competitive price, fast shipping, in-stock status, and seller performance score. If price is above market, lag time exceeds 4 days, inventory is low, or your performance scorecard is below standard, all offers can lose Buy Box simultaneously.

1. Check the Buy Box Indicator column in the Item Performance report
2. Lower price to match the suppression threshold
3. Reduce lag time and confirm Two-Day eligibility
4. Replenish inventory above the visibility minimum
5. Address any performance scorecard issues (cancellations, returns)
