Product needs uploaded certification documents

This category requires safety, compliance, or qualification documents that have not been uploaded. TikTok blocks the listing until valid certificates are on file.

Categories like electronics (FCC), children's products (CPSIA), cosmetics (MoCRA), food (FDA registration), and supplements require certification uploads at the seller, brand, or SKU level. TikTok validates the document type, expiry date, and matching SKU. Listings created before the seller completes the qualification flow are rejected, as are listings whose certificates expired.

1. Identify which certifications your category requires from Seller Center.
2. Gather valid, unexpired documents (FCC ID, lab test, GCC, etc.).
3. Upload via the qualification application in Seller Center.
4. Wait for approval, then resubmit the affected listings.
