Snap prohibits ads for the sale of firearms, ammunition, fireworks, combat knives, pepper spray, and related accessories. Catalog items in these categories are removed even when sold legally offline.

Snap Catalog Manager flags products that fall under restricted/prohibited categories — counterfeits, restricted weapons, healthcare claims requiring certification, financial services, alcohol, gambling, adult content, or restricted destinations.

2. If your product is genuinely permitted but flagged in error, request a re-review — but make sure your content is squeaky-clean first.
3. If selling regulated products, apply for the appropriate program enrollment with required certifications.
4. Remove or modify product titles, descriptions, and images that imply prohibited content.

• Implying medical claims with words like 'cures', 'treats', or 'prevents' in product copy
• Re-listing flagged products without addressing the underlying policy issue — escalates to account suspension
