Snap rejects ads and catalog products whose creative or landing page makes exaggerated or unverifiable claims (rapid weight loss, guaranteed earnings, miracle health outcomes). Snap reserves the right to demand factual substantiation before approval.

Snap Catalog Manager flags products that fall under restricted/prohibited categories — counterfeits, restricted weapons, healthcare claims requiring certification, financial services, alcohol, gambling, adult content, or restricted destinations.

2. If your product is genuinely permitted but flagged in error, request a re-review — but make sure your content is squeaky-clean first.
3. If selling regulated products, apply for the appropriate program enrollment with required certifications.
4. Remove or modify product titles, descriptions, and images that imply prohibited content.

• Implying medical claims with words like 'cures', 'treats', or 'prevents' in product copy
• Re-listing flagged products without addressing the underlying policy issue — escalates to account suspension
