Shipping required for Germany (DE) target

Products targeted to Germany must include shipping cost, shipping label, and shipping weight. These attributes are mandatory only for DE.

Microsoft Merchant Center flags shipping issues when the feed-declared shipping cost doesn't match the actual cost on the landing page, when shipping settings are missing for declared destinations, or when invalid shipping_weight format trips validation.

1. Set up account-level shipping settings in Microsoft Advertising → Tools → Microsoft Merchant Center → Diagnostics.
2. If you offer flat-rate shipping, you can omit per-product shipping. Otherwise submit shipping cost in the feed for every applicable product.
3. Make sure feed shipping cost = checkout shipping cost. Buyers pay what your feed says, not what the cart calculates.
4. Use weight-based or zone-based rules for accurate cost calculation.
