What this means

The landing page does not match the product offer. Bing Shopping requires the link destination to display the exact item with price and buy option clearly visible to users.

Why this happens

Link points to homepage or category page instead of product detail page; product is out of stock and redirects to another item; SKU was deleted but feed still references it; A/B tests serving different content to crawler vs users (cloaking); or the page loads but content doesn't match title/description.

How to fix it

  1. Ensure each offer's link goes to its dedicated product detail page
  2. Verify title, image, and price on the page match the feed
  3. Remove offers for delisted SKUs from the feed
  4. Disable cloaking and personalization for crawler user-agents
