Google requires explicit shipping cost or a configured shipping setting in Merchant Center. Without it, the listing is disapproved.

Why this happens

You haven't set up shipping at the account level in Merchant Center, and your feed doesn't include the shipping attribute either.

How to fix it

  1. Configure shipping at the account level: Merchant Center → Tools → Shipping & returns. Set up at least one shipping service.
  2. OR add per-product shipping in the feed using the shipping attribute (country:region:service:price).
  3. Free shipping is fine — just declare it as 0 USD rather than omitting.
  4. Wait 24 hours for re-approval after setting up shipping.
