Why this happens

Often technical: missing or inaccurate contact info, no clear refund/return policy, terms-and-conditions mismatch between site and checkout, or deceptive trust badges.

How to fix it

  1. Add a clear About Us page with real business name, address, and contact phone.
  2. Publish refund and return policies prominently — link from the footer.
  3. Make sure shipping costs are visible BEFORE checkout, not added at the last step.
  4. Remove any false trust signals (fake reviews, made-up press logos).
  5. Submit a manual review through Merchant Center after fixes.
