How to fix: Inaccurate shipping costs

Shipping costs in the feed don't match the costs charged at checkout on the website.

Shipping issues come from missing shipping cost on a feed that requires it, mismatch between feed shipping cost and the actual cost on the landing page, missing shipping settings in your account, or invalid shipping_weight format.

1. Set up account-level shipping settings in Merchant Center → Tools → Shipping and returns.
2. If you offer flat-rate shipping, you can omit per-product shipping. Otherwise submit shipping cost in the feed for every applicable product.
3. Make sure feed shipping = checkout shipping. Buyers pay what your feed says, not what the cart calculates.
4. Use weight-based or zone-based rules for accurate cost calculation.
