Missing EU energy efficiency label

EU regulations require energy efficiency labels for many electronics, appliances, and lighting. Listings missing the label in EU markets are disapproved.

EU energy labels (A++, A+, A, B, C, D...) are mandatory for refrigerators, washers, TVs, and many other categories. US-built feeds rarely include them.

1. Identify which products in your EU-targeted feed need energy labels.
2. Add the energy_efficiency_class attribute with the proper rating.
3. Add min_energy_efficiency_class and max_energy_efficiency_class for some categories.
4. Reference the EU's product groups list for which categories require which labels.
