Counterfeit goods policy violation

Google flagged your listing as a possible counterfeit — either a real counterfeit, an unauthorized replica, or a generic product using a trademark you don't own. This is account-level serious.

Common triggers: using brand names you don't sell ('Nike-style'), listing 'inspired by' luxury items, or selling parallel imports without authorization.

1. Review the listing for any trademarked brand names you're not authorized to sell under.
2. If you're a legitimate authorized seller, get written brand authorization and submit to Google for verification.
3. Remove all 'inspired by', 'replica', 'similar to [Brand]' language from listings.
4. If the product is genuinely counterfeit, take it down — Google may suspend the entire account otherwise.
