Policy issues are flagged when product content, claims, or category fall under Google's restricted/prohibited list. Common categories: counterfeits, restricted weapons, healthcare claims requiring certification, financial services, alcohol, gambling, adult content, or restricted destinations.

1. Read the linked policy article carefully to understand exactly what's restricted.
2. If your product is genuinely permitted but flagged in error, request a re-review in Merchant Center — but make sure your content is squeaky-clean first.
3. If selling regulated products (alcohol, healthcare, financial), apply for the appropriate program enrollment with required certifications.
4. Remove or modify product titles, descriptions, and images that imply prohibited content (e.g., medical claims, drug references).
