How to fix: Account suspended due to unauthorized credit card activity

Cards used on the merchant's site were re-used for fraud; the account is suspended pending audit.

Account-level issues affect ALL of your products simultaneously. They typically come from chronic data quality issues, policy violations, suspicious activity, unverified business identity, or third-party app authorization problems.

1. Read the account-level notification in Merchant Center → Diagnostics → Account issues for the specific reason.
2. Address the root issue completely before requesting re-review — partial fixes typically fail re-review.
3. Provide additional verification documents if requested (business registration, tax ID, address proof).
4. Request a single re-review per warning period; reviews can take up to 7 business days.
5. If your account is suspended, fix issues during the cool-down before requesting another review.
