Payment policy required

Error 21919153 means no payment policy is attached to the listing. Since eBay's managed payments rollout, every listing must reference a valid payment Business Policy.

Either the policy was never set up, the policy was deleted, or the feed maps to a policy by an outdated name. Sellers who switched between eBay accounts or business categories sometimes lose policy linkage.

1. Open Seller Hub > Business Policies > Payment and confirm an active policy exists.
2. Map each listing to the policy by ID rather than by name (more stable).
3. If your account isn't opted into managed payments, complete the onboarding before listing.
4. Confirm the policy supports the currency of the listing.
5. Resubmit and confirm the listing publishes.
