Invalid package dimensions

Errors 21917177, 219022, and 219144 fire when package dimensions are zero, missing, exceed the carrier's max, or fall below the minimum. Calculated shipping cannot run without valid dimensions.

Most often: dimensions left blank because the seller uses flat-rate shipping but switched to calculated, dimensions in the wrong unit (cm submitted to a US listing that wants inches), or oversize packages that exceed UPS/USPS girth+length limits.

1. Populate length, width, and height for every product.
2. Use the unit eBay expects per site - inches in US, cm in EU.
3. Validate dimensions against carrier max girth+length (108 inches USPS Priority).
4. For oversize items, use a freight service in the policy.
5. Resubmit once dimensions are valid.
