Invalid EAN value

Error 21919302 covers EAN (and similar) values that fail eBay's validation. The listing is blocked until the EAN is corrected or the product is exempted.

Same family of issues as UPC errors: stripped leading digits, wrong-length codes (EAN is 13 digits, EAN-8 is 8), check-digit failures, and submitting non-EAN identifiers. EAN-required categories (mostly EU-targeted listings) reject the entire row.

1. Confirm EAN length: EAN-13 is 13 digits, EAN-8 is 8 digits.
2. Validate the check digit before submitting.
3. For exempt products, submit 'Does Not Apply' rather than leaving blank.
4. Don't substitute UPC for EAN in EU-targeted listings unless the category permits it.
5. Resubmit through the Inventory or Trading API.
