Error 17746 — Store page URL cannot contain <, > or @

eBay rejected a Store custom page because its URL path contains one of the characters <, > or @, or because the page title contains the reserved words eBay or PayPal.

eBay's Trading API enforces strict rules on listing titles: 80-character maximum, no HTML, no all-caps spam, no consecutive special characters or spaces, and no characters outside the printable ASCII range. Violations block the listing.

1. Open Seller Hub, go to Store, then Manage pages and locate the page that failed.
2. Remove the characters <, > and @ from the page URL path, and remove the words eBay or PayPal from the page title; both are reserved.
3. Save and republish the page.
