Error 99102 — Feed processed with errors

What this means

Amazon processed your feed but some SKUs had errors. The rest were applied successfully — the processing report itemizes the failures.

Why this happens

Most feeds are partial successes. The 99102 'banner' status means: not a feed-level failure, but row-level issues you need to review.

How to fix it

  1. Download the processing report from Seller Central → Reports → Feed Processing Reports.
  2. Review the per-row error column — fix the cited issues for each failed SKU.
  3. Resubmit only the corrected SKUs.
  4. Don't resubmit the entire original feed — it'll re-trigger the same errors.
