Error 90036 — Required attribute missing for category

A category-specific required attribute (e.g., wattage for lamps, fit for clothing, capacity for storage) isn't filled in. Amazon won't make the listing live without it.

Each category has its own required attributes set by Amazon's category management team. Missing any of them blocks the listing.

1. Read the processing report — Amazon names the missing field.
2. Open the category template at Seller Central → Inventory → Inventory Templates → your category.
3. Fill in the field per the template's REQUIRED tab.
4. Resubmit.
