Error 8019 — Duplicate SKU in feed

What this means

The same SKU appears more than once in your feed, including same value in both SKU and Parent SKU columns. Amazon rejects ambiguous submissions.

Why this happens

Feed-export bugs that emit the same SKU multiple times, or accidentally writing parent SKU into the SKU column.

How to fix it

  1. Audit the feed for duplicate SKU values before submission.
  2. Confirm SKU and Parent SKU are different values for child rows.
  3. Parent rows have parent_sku blank; their SKU is the parent identifier.
  4. Resubmit.
