Brand is in Amazon's gated list and you haven't been approved as an authorized seller, or the brand owner filed an authorization complaint.

  1. Apply for brand authorization with documentation: invoices from authorized distributors (10+ units, last 365 days).
  2. If you own the brand, enroll in Amazon Brand Registry.
  3. Reach out to brand owner directly if you're a legitimate reseller.
