Your Amazon seller account doesn't have the permissions needed to fulfill or list this product. Listing blocked until permissions are resolved.

New seller accounts, accounts in restricted categories, or accounts with active Performance issues commonly hit this. Sometimes it's a regional permission gap.

1. Open Seller Central → Account Health to check for any open performance or compliance issues.
2. If trying to list in a restricted category, apply for selling approval in that category.
3. For new accounts, some categories require 90+ days of seller history.
4. Resolve any open Plan-of-Action requests.
