Error 18901 — Hazmat information required

Your product is classified as hazardous materials (lithium batteries, aerosols, flammables, magnets, etc.) and requires safety data sheet (SDS) and Hazmat documentation before listing.

Amazon requires Hazmat documentation for any product that contains regulated materials. FBA inventory cannot be received without SDS; FBM listings still need disclosure for shipping compliance.

1. Obtain the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) from your supplier or manufacturer.
2. Upload to Seller Central → Inventory → Hazardous Goods → Add a New Product.
3. Fill in the Battery and Hazmat questionnaire honestly — under-declaring leads to FBA receiving rejections and account warnings.
4. Wait for Amazon's review (typically 3-5 business days). Listings unblock automatically after approval.
