Error 13539 — Shipping template invalid

What this means

The shipping template assigned to the product doesn't exist or is misconfigured. Affects MFN (merchant-fulfilled) listings.

Why this happens

Either the merchant_shipping_group_name in the feed doesn't match a real template in Seller Central, or the template was deleted.

How to fix it

  1. Open Seller Central → Settings → Shipping Settings → Shipping Templates.
  2. Confirm the template name in your feed exactly matches an active template.
  3. If the template was deleted, recreate or update the feed reference.
  4. Resubmit.
