Error 13402 — Missing tax information

Amazon requires tax codes (PTC — Product Tax Code) for products sold in tax-collecting states. Missing PTC blocks the listing.

Bulk feed uploads don't always include product_tax_code, especially when sellers haven't enrolled in Marketplace Facilitator tax services.

1. Add product_tax_code to every product. Default for general goods: A_GEN_TAX.
2. Look up category-specific PTCs in Amazon's tax-code reference.
3. Apparel, food, books, and supplements have specific PTCs that affect tax treatment.
4. Resubmit.
