Error 13346 — FNSKU mismatch

What this means

The FNSKU on physical inventory doesn't match what's in your feed. FNSKU labels are how Amazon tracks units in fulfillment centers.

Why this happens

Old FNSKU labels on units shipped to Amazon, or labels never applied. Amazon can't process the inventory.

How to fix it

  1. Generate current FNSKU labels in Seller Central → Inventory → Print Item Labels.
  2. Apply correct FNSKU labels to all units before shipping to FBA.
  3. If inventory already at warehouse with wrong labels, request relabeling service (fee applies).
  4. Confirm carton-content info matches the label data.
