Error 13197 — Stranded FBA inventory

Inventory is sitting in Amazon warehouses but isn't listed for sale — usually because the listing got suppressed, deactivated, or has a fixable error.

Listing was live; you sent inventory to FBA; then the listing got suppressed or you deleted the SKU. Inventory is now stranded.

1. Open Seller Central → Inventory → Manage FBA Inventory → Stranded Inventory.
2. Each stranded SKU shows the reason. Common: missing image, suppressed listing, deleted SKU.
3. Fix the underlying listing issue OR create a removal order to ship inventory back.
4. Re-list within 30 days to avoid long-term storage fees.
