What this means

Quantity value in your feed is invalid (negative, zero on a non-discontinued product, or non-integer).

Why this happens

Inventory sync issues — your storefront's stock drops to zero but you're updating Amazon to a positive number, or vice-versa.

How to fix it

  1. Confirm quantity is a non-negative integer in your feed.
  2. Use 0 for out-of-stock, positive integer for in-stock.
  3. Don't submit negative quantities or floats.
  4. Sync inventory at least daily, hourly for fast-moving products.
