Error 13043 — Image is mirrored, rotated, or upside down

Amazon flagged the image because the product appears flipped, rotated 90° or 180° from its natural orientation, or otherwise incorrectly oriented.

Common with iPhone/Android photos that have EXIF rotation flags Amazon's processor doesn't honor. Also common when product images are mirrored to fit a layout (e.g., right-handed vs left-handed product).

1. Open the image in your editor and rotate to natural product orientation.
2. Re-export — strip EXIF data so the rotation is baked in, not just a flag.
3. For products with handedness (left/right), make sure the image matches the variant — selling a right-handed glove with a left-handed image triggers this code.
