Error 13041 — Image contains accessories not included in sale

What this means

Amazon's image moderator detected items in the photo that aren't part of the listed product (e.g., a TV stand showing books and decor that aren't sold; a phone case showing a phone that isn't included).

Why this happens

Amazon classifies this as misleading buyers about what's in the box. Even with disclaimer text in the description, the image alone has to represent only what's sold.

How to fix it

  1. Crop or edit the image to show only what the buyer receives.
  2. If you want to show the product in use, do so in lifestyle shots (positions 2–9) — and state 'shown for scale, not included' in the description.
  3. For multi-item listings, list every item shown in the image as part of the bundle, OR remove the extras from the photo.
