Error 13013 — Image doesn't match product

What this means

Amazon's image classifier sees a mismatch between your image and the existing ASIN's product. Often happens with private-label sellers attaching to incorrect ASINs.

Why this happens

When listing against an existing ASIN, Amazon uses the master image. If you submit a different image, Amazon flags the listing.

How to fix it

  1. If listing against an existing ASIN, use the same product (let Amazon use the master image).
  2. If your product is genuinely different, create a new ASIN, not attach to existing.
  3. For private-label products, get Brand Registry to control your own listings' images.
