Error 13007 — Main image must show only the product

What this means

Amazon flagged your main image because it contains elements other than the product itself — props, models, packaging, accessories not included in the sale, multiple products, or scenic backgrounds.

Why this happens

The main image is meant to be a clean, isolated product shot. Amazon's policy excludes anything that could mislead the buyer about what they're getting (e.g., a phone case shown with a phone the buyer isn't actually buying).

How to fix it

  1. Crop or replace the main image with a clean, isolated product-only shot.
  2. If the product needs context to be understood (e.g., a screwdriver bit set), use the lifestyle shots in image positions 2–9 — those allow models, props, and scale references.
  3. For apparel, models are allowed for some sub-categories (clothing typically yes; jewelry typically no) — check Amazon's category-specific rules.
  4. Keep the product filling 85% or more of the frame for best click-through.
