Error 100992 — Shipping template assignment invalid

What this means

Your SKU references a shipping template that doesn't exist or has been deleted.

Why this happens

Shipping templates are managed in Seller Central. If you delete a template that SKUs reference, the SKUs lose their shipping settings.

How to fix it

  1. Go to Seller Central → Settings → Shipping Templates → Active Templates.
  2. Verify the template name in your feed matches an active template exactly (case-sensitive).
  3. If the template was deleted, recreate it or assign SKUs to an existing one.
  4. Resubmit.
