Solution — Agency Feed Management

Own the feeds under every client campaign.

Clients hire you for ROAS, then hand you campaigns built on a store export nobody audited. GoDataFeed puts that catalog in your hands: map it to each channel's spec, fix errors with rules that hold on every sync, and add channels without rebuilding the feed. Run it with your team or ours, and pay less per client in the Agency Partner Program.

Sponsored shopping results for white sneakers, with cue cards for GTIN and brand validation, custom labels split by margin tier, and zero disapprovals across 1,240 SKUs.

What comes off your account managers' desks

Three feed jobs that stop eating your retainers.

Onboard

Every new client starts from the store they already run.

Connect the client's Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, or WooCommerce store, and channel templates map the catalog to each channel's spec. Validation checks every SKU before submission, so the first campaign launches on clean data instead of a store export. An expert-built feed takes one to two days.

Field mapping table: store fields mapped to CJ, Impact, and AvantLink columns for category, brand, product URL, sale price, and shipping.
Refresh log for each affiliate network, listing price, availability, and URL changes with a link-check status on every row.

Fix at the source

One rule change clears a policy hit across the catalog.

When Google tightens a requirement and thousands of a client's SKUs drop out of Merchant Center, one rule applied to every affected product is the fix. Nobody spends a week editing listings by hand on the retainer's dime. Rules run on every sync, so the fix holds, and validation flags the next problem before the channel does.

Answer the client

Explain a soft month with the catalog, not a guess.

When Performance Max stalls, look at the feed first: missing GTINs, generic titles, size variants bidding against each other. Feed health shows which SKUs carry which problem, so the account review names the fix and when it ships. AI drafts titles and fills missing attributes, and your team previews and approves every batch before a channel sees it.

Rules rebuild titles for query matching. All five custom labels fill from catalog data, so Performance Max can separate core sellers from clearance, and item groups stay intact so variants don't collide. The same client catalog feeds Google, Microsoft, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Adding a channel for a client means picking a template, not rebuilding the feed.

Marketplace agencies.

Amazon, Walmart, and eBay each enforce their own categories and required attributes. Map each client's catalog to every marketplace's spec from one source, keep price and stock current on the client's sync schedule, and catch listing errors before the marketplace rejects them. Marketplaces need the Pro plan or higher, or a single-channel marketplace feed.

Ecommerce build agencies.

Launch a client's store with its channels ready. Connect the new Shopify or BigCommerce build, map the catalog once, and hand over feeds that keep running after launch. Share the account with the client's team or keep it under your agency, depending on how you scope the retainer.

Agency Partner Program

Partners pay less per client and see new features first.

The Agency Partner Program is for agencies that run feeds for several client stores, whether your team runs them or ours.

Discounted client sub-accounts.

Every client runs in its own sub-account under your agency at a partner discount. Your partner agreement sets the rate and billing terms, so the pricing fits how you bill clients.

Early access to new features.

Partners use new features before general release, so your team has run them on client catalogs before a client asks about them.

Features that pay off on every client.

Agencies asked us for several of the features they now lean on most: multi-store accounts, global rules, lists, FeedPilot, and AI Categorize. A merchant uses each one on one catalog. Your team uses it on every client catalog, so the time it saves repeats across the roster.

Agencies with a handful of clients start on a standard plan and join the Agency Partner Program as the roster grows. To apply, choose Partnerships & Agencies under "What's this about?" on the contact form.

My client/store owner was able to do the integration and I just had to choose the template and map a few things to get our first feed running.

FAQ

Agency feed questions.

Can we run all our clients from one GoDataFeed account?

Yes. Choose Agency Account at signup and your account is set up for multiple client stores, each in its own sub-account with its own store connection, channels, and rules. You decide whether a client also gets access. Talk to sales before you sign up and your rep will set up the account for multiple clients before the first one goes in. Accounts already open can switch through sales.

How is GoDataFeed different from Merchant Center for Agencies?

Google launched Merchant Center for Agencies in 2026. It shows Merchant Center issues across your Google client accounts, but it doesn't rewrite the product data behind them, and it covers Google only. GoDataFeed fixes the data at the source with rules that run on every sync. It then sends corrected feeds to Google, Microsoft, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, and the other channels your clients sell on. Use Google's dashboard to spot issues and GoDataFeed to fix them.

Who qualifies for the Agency Partner Program?

The program is built for agencies that run feeds for several client stores. Agencies with fewer clients start on standard plans and join as the roster grows. Partners get discounted client sub-accounts at a rate set in their partner agreement, plus early access to new features.

Can your team run feeds for some clients while we run the rest?

Yes. Your team runs the accounts it knows, and a GoDataFeed specialist handles the others, all under one agency account. Managed clients are quoted by SKU count, channels, and scope.

How does AI work on a client's catalog?

AI drafts titles, fills missing attributes, and suggests categories. Each batch previews on sample SKUs, goes live after your team approves it, and passes rule validation before any channel sees it. The client's store catalog never changes.

What happens to the feeds if a client leaves the agency?

The client's feeds, rules, and history stay in the account and can transfer to the client, so nobody inherits a broken feed or starts over.

Can an agency earn referral commission instead?

Yes, through the Partner Program, which is separate from the Agency Partner Program. It pays agencies, industry thought leaders, and influencers for referring new users to GoDataFeed. The two programs can't be combined: a client account on a discounted Agency Partner plan doesn't qualify for commission.
