Join our growing team of sales reps in a fun, dynamic environment where every day is jeans day and the coffee is always gourmet. As a Software Sales Representative, your role is to bring in new business through a consultative sales approach and a passion for the internet industry.

Our Ideal Software Sales Rep

  • Has a successful history selling software in a fast-paced environment 
  • Knows how to communicate the value and impact of internet marketing software  
  • Has a high-energy, positive attitude and works well in a collaborative teamwork environment   
  • Is familiar with lead generation, CRM management and business tools 
  • Responsible for all aspects of the sales cycle  

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Sell GoDataFeed's shopping feed SaaS solution to retailers and digital marketing agencies  
  • Qualify, follow up on and close sales opportunities  
  • Demonstrates GoDataFeed's solutions via GoToMeeting   
  • Upsell a range of products/services to help retailers and agencies grow their online business 
  • Maintain an organized sales/account management pipeline 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, preferably software solutions 
  • College Degree or relevant on-the-job experience 
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, CRM and lead generation tools   
  • Strong technical aptitude, familiar with SaaS terminology  
  • Great verbal and written communication skills with experience in phone sales  
  • Prior E-Commerce Experience is a huge plus! 

Compensation

  • Salary: $35,000 - $40,000, depending on experience

Our Ideal Account Manager

You are a dynamic, internet-fluent Account Manager with a focus on customer support. You thrive in a fast-paced, but casual environment, where every day is jeans day and the coffee is always gourmet. What you’ll be doing:

You will help retailers launch their feed-marketing campaigns, answer questions and proactively monitor accounts and help resolve any onboarding issues. You’ll build relationships with clients by delivering great customer service and helping them achieve their feed marketing goals.

  • Manage the customer’s onboarding process onto the platform 
  • Maintain timely and proactive communications with our client base  
  • Promote and up sell the right GoDataFeed’s software solutions to enhance account performance  
  • Understand and communicate any technical issues to clients and the account team 
  • Work alongside the technical and sales departments to ensure client needs are being met  

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

Local candidates only (only Broward County candidates will be considered)

  • Bachelor's degree or on-the-job equivalent 
  • 1-2 years of B2B account management and/or digital advertising experience 
  • Demonstrates an understanding of technical concepts and applications (display advertising, tagging and tracking technology, website analytics/metrics, etc.) 
  • Understanding of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We live, breathe and dream about ecommerce 24/7 and need a blogger with impeccable writing skills, a solid understanding of the retail industry and a sharp, engaging voice.


A leading SaaS provider in the retail solutions space, we're looking for a writer who understands high-level retail trends, internet marketing/software terminology and is capable of translating that into thought leadership pieces that appear in our weekly blog and inbound marketing efforts.

 

You'll write weekly articles about topics that resonate with online retailers including industry news, research & statistics pieces, how-to articles and more.


Big Plus- if you understand:

  • Major shopping engines like Google Shopping, Amazon, eBay, etc... 
  • The inner workings of ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, Volusion BigCommerce and more 
  • Ecommerce news, trends and stats
